DiamondP was started in the fall of 2008 as a way to create more work for our foundry and CNC shop due to the recession in th

e country, with our family being avid car enthusiast for generations it wasn't hard to decide to move into the after-market automotive. Before DiamondP though was Phillips Patterns & Castings, a company that was started all the way back in 1947 by my grandfather, Gerald Phillips Jr., it was nothing more than him and a friend in a chicken coop making patterns for the local foundries in the area. Since then it has turned into a fully functioning aluminum foundry that is capable of producing non-ferrous castings from green sand, air set, permanent and die-cast molds, and produce them completely starting from just an idea to finished part ready to ship, without ever leaving the walls of our foundry.

Refurbished Osborn 3191 rotolift going into the sand foundry. Our 671 & 871 blower cases are made on this machine. I have put them on hold until we get this installed. The old machine was worn out and not drawing straight. We will have this installed and running in a couple weeks.

The set on the bottom is for the hot rodders who don’t want polished, they are powder coated in PPG Silver Texture Urethane. The cast aluminum finish look will last and can be cleaned up to keep the appearance looking good.
