WE’RE HIRING! Join our team as a Maintenance Associate and keep operations running at peak performance.

Position Overview: A Maintenance Associate supports daily facility operations through building upkeep, equipment maintenance, and general facility tasks, reporting to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform building and equipment maintenance and repairs
• Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks with documentation
• Assist with truck loading and material handling
• Manage trash hopper operations and disposal areas
• Handle general handyman tasks and facility improvements
• Maintain safety standards and clean work areas
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year maintenance/facility experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout the day
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently or in teams
• Pay is based on experience.
Work Environment: Warehouse/production facility setting with exposure to equipment, materials, and maintenance areas. Requires adherence to safety procedures and proper equipment use.

1st shift Detailer: Sanding, buffing and trimming parts as required. Small finishing details are key with this position. 6am-4:30pm

1st shift Laminator: Laminate fiberglass on molds to form custom fiberglass products. Consistency is key for this position. 6am-4:30pm

1st shift: Fiberglass Chopper/Gel Coat Operator (Need 2): Prepare molds, mix resins and gelcoats and operate equipment to apply. Careful measuring and steady hands are necessary for this position. 7am-5pm
