He was very pleasant and helpful. Told me what was wrong with unit. I chose to replace the part myself and he showed me how to do it. Also said that if I had any problems installing the part that I could call him and he would help me over the phone. I would definitely call him again. Best of all he was less expensive then the previous company used.

I had a quote from a "big name" company that advertises on TV and had been servicing my old unit for years I thought i was getting a good deal 5% off & a $500 discount coupon The only problem was that their starting price was over twice as much as Daniel quote The guys were friendly, polite, worked extremely hard & did a super job I want nothing more to do with the "big name" folks & will recommend Superior to anyone
