Meet the Owner: Tim Pratt
My name is Tim Pratt. I am a 1990 graduate of Texas A&M University and an NC licensed contractor. I moved to Murphy, NC in 2001 to start Vineyard Creek Estates. Vineyard Creek is a development of custom log cabins built on the banks of Beaver Dam Creek, anchored by a working vineyard. I live in the neighborhood I built, allowing me to show you many examples of my work as well as the chance to speak with our homeowners.
