About Wells & West, Inc.
We have been in business since 1965. We are a general contractor that works strictly in the commercial construction industry. Our office is located in Murphy, North Carolina.
The majority of our work is local to Western North Carolina, such as projects for Snap-On, Team Industries, Moog, Cherokee County Schools, Tri-County Community College, Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital (and the former Murphy Medical Center). As a registered TERO vendor, we have done many projects for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians such as the Big Cove and Snowbird Day Care Centers, as well as work for Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino.
We do have some crews that travel to do work for companies like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, John Deere, Caterpillar, Kubota, and Artic Cat. Travel is completely optional upon hiring, unless the position is advertised with travel required. We travel regularly across the United States and Mexico, and have traveled to Canada and Honduras for projects as well.
