•Located in Midvale, Utah, this apartment complex includes 223 Multifamily Units!💡

•We finished this project in 2021 in collaboration with and Rockworth Development.

•These units include full amenity services for every tenant and has 150 thousand square footage of covered parking!🚗

•A cool aspect of this project is that we installed a full generator and UPS back for the whole building!⚡️

As Chip Stanton bids farewell to his career, we celebrate the remarkable achievements and fond memories created together at JT Electric. We will always value your hard work and contributions to the JT team.

Chip has been working in electrical for 21 years, 7 of them being for JT Electric. Some of his hobbies include archery, fishing, gardening, and camping.

It’s JT TEAM TUESDAY and today we are highlighting Biff Groskreuts!

Biff currently resides in South Rim, UT. While growing up, he lived in Tooele other than the 5 years he lived in Germany while his parents were in the military.

Biff loves his family. He and his wife Julie have 3 sons and 3 daughter in laws. They are also grandparents to 10 grandkids! They have a family motto that says “Always an adventure.”

Biff has been an electrician for 36 years!

We’re very fortunate to have awesome employees like Biff.

JT Electric is thrilled to be teamed with Okland Construction and Layton Construction as we make history with Utah’s first ever large-scale mass timber construction project, Baltic Pointe. This mass timber construction utilizes engineered, cross-laminated timber products in place of more conventional steel and concrete structures, resulting in lower CO2 emissions and faster construction.

Baltic Pointe, located in Draper, will be home to Pelion Venture Partners HQ, located on the 3rd-5th floors and HB Workplaces (formerly Henriksen Butler), with its headquarters and showroom occupying the first floor.
