THE FINISHING TOUCHES!

We’re wrapping up our Lone Oak Sunroom & Deck Addition with what might be our favorite part of the entire project—the incredible built-ins and fireplace!

These final details took this space from a beautiful addition to a true extension of the home. The custom built-ins provide the perfect combination of storage and style, while the gas fireplace creates a warm focal point that makes this room feel like it was always meant to be here.

From the initial design to the final trim piece, this project is a perfect example of what happens when you combine thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to the details.

PADUCAH - LONE OAK SUNROOM & DECK ADDITION — NEARLY WRAPPED!

We’re getting very close to putting the finishing touches on this project, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the progress!

Here’s a little proof of the progress — with one BIG picture still to come. We’re patiently waiting on the cabinet built-ins for the fireplace wall, which will be the focal point and highlight of this entire space.

This project has definitely given us a lot to learn, and we’re grateful for every challenge, lesson, and opportunity to improve along the way. That’s what building is all about — continuing to learn, grow, and get better with every project.

Now, it’s time to put this one across the finish line and move on to the next! 💪

Got the youngest starting school already - First Baptist Mothers Day Out here we come! Best part, Banks is tackling school with his big brother Gibbs!

Banks is our chillest baby of four and just goes with what life throws at him; also, I can’t believe he is turning 1 year old next month!

This one is really starting to take shape!

Our team is hard at work building a nearly 400-square-foot sunroom addition that will give this family the perfect space to gather, relax, and make memories with friends and loved ones year-round. ☀️🏡

But we’re not stopping there…

Stepping right out of the sunroom will be nearly 400 square feet of beautiful Deckorators Sandbar decking, creating an incredible outdoor living space that’s built for entertaining, grilling, and enjoying those Kentucky mornings & evenings. ☕️🔥🍔🌅
