Today we received pictures of a new KCLH going up in Virginia that's a bit different than what we usually show you on here. This adorable cabin is 733 sq. ft., with 1 bed, 1 bath, and an open loft that can be used for future guest space.

Flat 6x8 logs give the exterior a different, more contemporary, look than your usual log cabin. Can't wait to share more photos of this one when it's completed!

This is very important as most floor plans seem to not have an utility room as they are in basement areas alot of the time. Make sure the plan you love has or can accommodate an utility room.

Although in our area snow loads aren't a big factor its still a nice peace of mind knowing they can handle mother nature at her finest.
