J P Specialties manufactures a line of specialized tools and equipment for welding, installing, and protecting thermoplastic and metallic waterstops (and other extrusion‐profile products like expansion joints). Our tools meet field and industrial performance demands, ensuring weld quality, alignment, safety, and durability.

Waterstop Splicing Irons (Series 2)
For welding thermoplastic waterstops and extruded profiles (PVC, TPV, HDPE, TPER, etc.).
• Adjustable temperature from 250°F to 500°F to handle different materials and ambient conditions.
• Built-in analog thermometer (on many models).
• Aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum body; sealed end caps; ergonomic & durable build.
• 1,000 watts for rapid heat-up; lightweight design but strong.
• “Off” setting; UL & CSA certified outdoor-use cord.
• Meets U.S. Army Corps of Engineers specification CEGS-03250.

ST-10® Series 2 Waterstop Splicing Table
Patented for producing high tensile strength field welds. Aims to reduce labor (can allow one person to handle what’s often a two-person job). Designed for multiple waterstop widths (4”, 6”, 9”, 12”).

Fastening & Installation Tools
For securing waterstops, protecting them during construction, and ensuring proper joint form.
• Hog Rings & Pliers: for tying waterstop to reinforcing steel.
