Crane day last week. Got the trusses and plywood loaded on roof. Framers are there today finishing up the roof. We are going to get started on plumbing and electricaal next week now that the roof is finished up. Scaffolding went up Friday to finish second floor shear and to set windows.

Project in San Clemente is coming along. Tons of rebar in this foundation. We just need to add dobies to the deck rebar and add some diagonal stakes to forms. The forms took a beating from the helical pier contractor. We basically had to reset everything. Inspection and pour next week. Probably 80-90 yards.

Demo is complete on San Clemente remodel. Working on grading the pad this week. Starting footings next week so helical pier contractor can get their work done. It is a busy foundation with both slab and raised foundation and 8 Hardy panels on first floor.
