Its Hot, Hot, Hot - Remember property managers....before you place a service call for your tenants thermostat not working, ask them to check the batteries first! You might be able to save time and $$ just by replacing the batteries yourself!

Is your AC Units having too many water leaks? Try getting your indoor coil chemically cleaned. Over time, dirt builds up on the coil and rinses off with condensate water from the coil. This can cause the drain trap to get blocked at any time. A dirty indoor coil reduces air flow and cooling capacity. Lower air flow will increase the chance of the coil icing up.
