We need a Field Superintendent at Hoffmann Inc.

We are hiring a to manage the full-cycle completion of concrete construction projects, both at our facility and on job sites.

You'll lead crews, coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, run daily safety meetings, manage schedules two weeks out, and handle field HR tasks like timesheets and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of concrete experience, strong knowledge of forming, placing, and finishing, and the ability to read blueprints.

This is a physically demanding, field-first role, expect extended hours, working at heights up to 200 ft., and on-site stays of multiple weeks at a time.

We are looking for a Construction Manager!

Hoffmann, Inc. is hiring a to lead field crews and oversee concrete construction projects from kickoff to completion.

You'll manage 35–40 Superintendents and crew members, coordinate scheduling and logistics, enforce safe work practices, and keep customers informed throughout each job.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in scheduling software and AutoCAD. A high school diploma is required; a degree is a plus.

Expect roughly 50% on-site work and some travel.
