We recently built 10 identical steel merchandise racks for a manufacturing facility. These racks were designed to handle the weight and daily demands of an industrial environment, with multiple levels of support and structural bracing throughout.

Steel pans will be installed on each level to support the products being stored.

From fabrication and fit-up to making sure every rack is built to the same specifications, this project was all about strength, consistency, and getting the job done right!

When emergencies happen, we’re here to help.

Thursday afternoon, we got a call about a mobile home traveling through Franklin, Tennessee that was blowing tires and couldn’t continue toward its destination in Eastern Kentucky.

By Friday morning, we were on-site, adding two additional axles right in the service station parking lot to better support the home and prevent further tire failures.

That same day, they were back on the road and headed to their destination.

We understand the cost of downtime. When you need a solution, we find a way to make it happen.

Cable rail systems are one of the best ways to combine safety with an unobstructed view.

For this home on Wilson Lake, we fabricated and installed fascia-mounted cable railings designed to provide a solid, secure barrier without taking away from the view. Mounted directly to the side of the Trex deck, these railings maximize stability and look amazing. Every project has specific needs, and we tailor each solution for the best possible result.

Finished with a durable matte black bronze powder coat, they’ll withstand the elements for years to come.

Not every project is about flashy handrails or eye-catching staircases. Sometimes the most important jobs are the ones that keep a business operating safely and efficiently.

When this concrete ramp failed, we fabricated and installed a replacement using 1/2” and 1/4” steel plate, reinforced with heavy structural angle and tubing from our scrap inventory. The goal wasn’t to make it look appealing—it was to create a strong, reliable solution capable of handling the constant weight of forklifts for years to come.

Fully powder-coated handrails and a staircase!

Over 60 feet of continuous steel fence built in-house and installed on a home overlooking Wilson Lake. Built from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable satin black coating. Despite its length, this fence was constructed in just four sections, creating a clean, seamless appearance with fewer joints and superior strength.

Custom boat lift beam and cradle system fabricated and installed on Wheeler Lake. This H-beam and cradle assembly was built specifically for a 24’ pontoon and features a 6,500 lb lift system. The cradle is constructed from 4” channel iron and weighs approximately 750 lbs, delivering exceptional strength and durability. Designed for long-term performance in demanding marine environments.

This guy was caught slacking on the job… so we clocked in. ✅

Pulled up to Big Dan’s and found this legend laid out like he just finished a double shift. Gave him a little TLC, stood him back up on his feet, and now he’s back on duty hyping everybody up telling them “YOU LOOK GREAT!” 👍

Another day, another fix.
