WE ARE ACHIEVERS: Florence High School LAUNCH student Garrett Crowe is completing his LAUNCH placement with The Civil Group, where he has gained meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional setting. Throughout his placement, Garrett has had the opportunity to engage in real-world projects, develop practical skills, and observe the day-to-day operations within his field of interest.

This immersive experience has not only strengthened his work ethic and problem-solving abilities, but also provided valuable insight into potential career pathways after graduation. Garrett’s time at The Civil Group has equipped him with a strong foundation that will support his continued growth and success as he pursues his goals beyond high school.
