Annual starting salary of $45,000+ (depending on experience)

• 2+ years A/R processing experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills
• Effective communication skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing/distribution industries preferred

What does the AR Accountant handle?
• Cash application and payment distribution resolution
• Credit checks for new customers
• Resolve credit hold issues on pending shipments
• Reconciliations to general ledger
• Reporting
• Assist in month and year end closing
• Navigation of customer portals
