Here are some sneak-peaks for you! These pictures are from a new project P.R.&C. has just started here in Norton Shores! 🌅
🦺 This project is a full-scale kitchen renovation plus a re-engineering of the room-layout space.
The first major alteration we worked was opening up the central wall (between common area and kitchen), creating an 8-foot wide walkway; conjoining the two rooms. We’ve also demoed multiple soffits which hung over the kitchen; removing them helped widen the walls & heighten the ceiling. Additionally, new subfloor & LVT flooring will be installed throughout the common area + kitchen. All new sheet rock will be installed, new cabinetry, electrical, plumbing and fixtures are on the way! So, stay tuned‼️ We will post updated photos of the project once everything is back in order and looking better than ever! 🛠

🛠 Check out one of our current open work-sites here in Norton Shores 🌅 where we are conducting a full-basement remodel. This project consists of a serious demolition 🪚 followed by a master bedroom build w/ a walk-in closet and full bathroom build 🛀 w/ a custom tile shower 🚿. Next, we added a second bedroom 🛏 to the basement with new flooring and finishing throughout. We are excited to continue helping our clientele execute on their visions while creating the most desirable outcome for their projects 👷‍♂️.
