Happy Friday!!

We’re excited to say phase 2 is completed!

Another step closer to transforming this home! 🔨

Phase 2 of this renovation is officially complete, featuring:
✔️ New kitchen cabinets
✔️ Beautiful island installation
✔️ Brand-new countertops
✔️ New flooring throughout

Not every renovation goes exactly as planned. Sometimes materials are delayed or backordered, which means adjusting schedules and rolling with the punches. That’s just part of the process. But at the end of the day, seeing everything come together and the quality of the finished work makes it all worth it.

We’re excited with how this project is turning out and can’t wait to share the finished results. Stay tuned for Phase 3!

Hello Facebook friend and family!

We gave these apartment complex garbage enclosures a complete facelift!

We tore out all 6 old wooden enclosures and replaced them with clean, durable white vinyl fencing for a modern, low-maintenance look.

🔨 What we completed:
• Demolished and removed the existing wood enclosures
• Anchored 4x4 post brackets to the concrete with heavy-duty concrete anchors
• Installed pressure-treated 4x4 posts with vinyl sleeves
• Built and installed brand-new white vinyl fencing around all six enclosures
• Freshened up the entire property by repainting the handicap markings, speed bumps, and traffic sign posts

The transformation really brightened up the property and will provide years of durability with very little maintenance.

Helping great people is one of the best parts of what we do!

Today we had the pleasure of helping a wonderful client in Grand Rapids complete her bathroom refresh after a flood. We installed a brand-new glass sliding shower door, an ADA grab bar inside the shower, a vertical grab bar outside the shower for safer entry and exit, and finished everything off by installing a new toilet.

A big thank you to Solid Home for partnering with us on projects like this! We always appreciate the opportunity to work together and make a difference for our clients!

🚧 Phase 1 Complete – Flood Damage Trailer Remodel 🚧

Another project is well underway! We recently completed Phase 1 of this flood damage restoration, which included:

✅ Removed and replaced approximately 4 feet of drywall throughout the trailer due to water damage.
✅ Replaced the entire subfloor to provide a solid, safe foundation.
✅ Installed brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout.

It’s always satisfying taking a home from damaged to renewed. We’re looking forward to moving into the next phase and bringing this trailer back to life!

Happy Thursday!!

Another project completed by S&R Home Renovations, LLC!

This screened-in porch had been missing its screen for quite some time, and we were happy to bring it back to life!

✅ Installed a brand-new 4x4 support post to properly reinforce the corner.
✅ Stained the new post and wood slats white to match the existing porch.
✅ Installed new screening around the porch.
✅ Added wood slats over the existing framing to securely hold the screen in place while giving it a clean, finished look.
✅ Built a brand-new set of stairs leading out of the screen room.

We take pride in making repairs that not only last but also blend seamlessly with the existing structure.
