Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who’s trusted us with their projects so far.

A few months ago, S&R Home Renovations was just an idea. Now we’re getting the opportunity to work in people’s homes and help bring their projects to life, and we don’t take that lightly.

We’re still growing and learning every day, but one thing that won’t change is how we treat our customers. We show up, communicate, and do our best to leave every job better than we found it!

🚨 What a transformation on this one! 🚨

Last week, S&R Home Renovations got a call from a homeowner dealing with some serious bathroom issues… water damage, soft flooring, subfloor damage, and even some black mold starting to show itself. Never a fun thing to deal with!

We ripped out the old LVP, removed the damaged subfloor, and even uncovered older flooring underneath that had seen better days. After treating everything for mold, letting the area fully dry out, and making sure everything was clean and solid, we rebuilt the floor the right way with fresh underlayment and brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring.

To finish it off, we trimmed everything out, sealed it up, added splash guards around the tub to help prevent future water damage, and even took care of a loose toilet by pulling it, installing a new wax ring, and securing it properly.

Happy Friday everyone!!

Water damage had caused some rot around this window over the years, so we removed the damaged trim and replaced it with new western red cedar, installed a new drip edge for added protection, sealed everything with caulk, and finished it with Sherwin-Williams stock white solid stain.

Another project in the books for S&R Home Renovations, LLC!!

We recently completed two exterior door installations for this homeowner — a new front entry door and a new garage entry door, giving the home an updated look, improved security, and a clean finished result.

And as with any job, sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We were scheduled to install a screen door on the new front entry as well, but after delivery we found the door was about 1" too wide for the opening. Rather than force a fit or cut corners, we were upfront with the homeowner and worked through the best solution. A correctly sized replacement door is being ordered, and we’ll be back to get it installed the right way.

That’s part of this business — not every project goes perfectly, but doing right by the customer always comes first.
