Hello Friends,

Over the past couple of months we’ve heard from several customers who have dealt with a man claiming to work for us. We’re trying to get to the bottom of it but we want to make sure that he doesn’t scam you. We know that scammers are getting more sophisticated and we want to help you identify some red flags when it comes to dealing with us or any other garage door company. Whether it’s us or any other reputable door company, our vehicles are badged so you know exactly who you’re dealing with. Our quotes and invoices come with a letterhead that has our company name clearly defined. Our technicians and sales team are local and will either have a 231 or 616 area code.

This scammer in particular drives an unmarked vehicle and has given exorbitant pricing to be paid up front. If you have had any interaction and have information on this person please reach out to us at 231-799-8200 and ask for Beth or Dale. We appreciate any information you can provide.
