🔦 Talent Spotlight: Andrew Ketchum, Quality Technician | PCC Cannon-Muskegon 🔦

Please join us in congratulating Andrew Ketchum on his recent promotion to Quality Technician at PCC Cannon-Muskegon!

Andrew has been a valued member of the Cannon-Muskegon team for 14.5 years. Andrew was recently promoted from our Material Services Department on the production floor. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous learning, Andrew has earned this promotion to advance into a key quality role for the business.

As a Quality Technician, Andrew works closely with Production, Technical, and Commercial teams, as well as external customers, to address quality-related challenges and to support continuous improvement efforts. He also plays an important role in developing and overseeing workforce training initiatives across the plant.

Andrew's career journey is a great example of the growth and advancement opportunities available at Cannon-Muskegon, where performance, expertise, and dedication are recognized and rewarded.

Andrew lives in Whitehall, Michigan, with his wife and two children. A dedicated supporter of youth athletics, Andrew spends much of his free time coaching his children's sports teams. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, spending time at the beach, and making memories with his family.

✨ Leadership Spotlight: Lucas Bordonali, General Manager – PCC Cannon Muskegon ✨

We are proud to spotlight Lucas Bordonali, General Manager of PCC Cannon–Muskegon. Since joining Cannon last November, Lucas has brought a strong focus on building high-performing teams and driving a culture of continuous improvement. With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, Lucas is known for creating performance-driven environments that consistently deliver on safety, quality, operational excellence, and both employee and customer commitments.

Over the course of his career, Lucas has successfully led large-scale capital investments, expanded production capacity, and strengthened key customer partnerships across the aerospace, chemical, and advanced materials industries. A passionate advocate for talent development, Lucas is dedicated to mentoring future leaders, fostering employee engagement, and guiding organizations through meaningful transformation toward sustained operational excellence.

Lucas holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia. He lives in Muskegon with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake, and coaching youth sports.
