What a turn around here .. ripped that exterior wall completely out went back 4 ft and built all new. Put a New footing and block foundation new exterior wall with 2 new windows and beautiful new front door . Batten board hardee siding with beautiful new text deck 4 beautiful columns with black aluminum rails .. once the wood dries out it will get stained same color as the front door this is absolutely beautiful . We opened up this customers garage and framed up the soffit sheetrocked it and matched all the texture . Framed new opening for 2 10 ft garage doors finished off with brick . Customer wanted spiral staircase gone and a regular staircase built with underneath storage . This job took us 3 days to complete .

Nice 4 day job we did for some good people with a budget . Sever water damage behind there dishwasher . Ripped everything out ,installed 3 new joist ripped out rotted lumber added some new floor joist ,beefed everything up , new sill plate waterproofed everything , added new pex ,hot and cold converted copper to pex some minor plumbing, new sub floor ,new cabinets ,installed the old countertop and sink installed new flooring to match the old flooring .. and installed shut offs for 2 units .
