A phrase I cannot stand is “My equipment is working that’s someone else’s issue”
I received a call from the Worleys of Ocean drive resort. Their gate had been down for over a month. The gate company passed the buck to the hotel key card system manufacturer.
Mr.Worley was told “if John can’t fix it, blow it up”
So, I went out myself to asses the issue. Found the issues within 15mins. Had everything back in order ready to go within 45mins.
Taking care of clients is what we are about. It doesn’t have to be “our equipment” for us to take a look to help a client in need.
