A phrase I cannot stand is “My equipment is working that’s someone else’s issue”

I received a call from the Worleys of Ocean drive resort. Their gate had been down for over a month. The gate company passed the buck to the hotel key card system manufacturer.

Mr.Worley was told “if John can’t fix it, blow it up”
So, I went out myself to asses the issue. Found the issues within 15mins. Had everything back in order ready to go within 45mins.

Taking care of clients is what we are about. It doesn’t have to be “our equipment” for us to take a look to help a client in need.

Thanks to LiftMaster and the liftMaster Academy for extending training for an extra day just for our TEM systems LLC team! We now have four new LiftMaster factory train technicians (Kayla Roether too) in the field of access control, and gate operators!

We all experience ups and downs in business. Sometimes for us to find the right people others must leave. We have had some turn over in our Myrtle beach location recently. However, that turn over has been the best thing for us. Our replacement team has spent the last 6 weeks cleaning up after our old team. I am personally overseeing the work and these new guys truly understand what teamwork, quality work, and how to take care of customers. Sunday Logan, Shawn, Jacob, and I completed this upgrade for Willbrook plantation!

These guys understand teamwork!
