From our very first picture together as business owners to seeing our company on a billboard⦠what a journey itās been. š“š¤
Iāve been wanting to share a little update with everyone whoās followed and supported The Breeze Boys over the years. And with that, I figured there was no better time to look back at where it all started.
The first picture is one of the very first photos Rob and I took together when we started this company. The other is from one of our proudest moments, seeing The Breeze Boys up on an actual billboard!
And believe it or not, we managed to get that billboard for FREE. š Still one of the coolest things weāve pulled off!
Looking back at those pictures reminds me of just how much weāve accomplished, how much weāve learned, and how much this business has shaped us both.
With that being said, Rob and I have mutually decided to go our separate ways professionally and pursue our own paths as business owners.
Now, before the Facebook rumor mill gets going, thereās no dramatic breakup story here. No falling out, no bad blood, and absolutely no hard feelings! š
Something I really want people to understand is that Rob and I arenāt just two guys who decided to start a business together. Weāre best friends, and we consider each other brothers.
Weāve got millions of inside jokes that nobody else would understand, countless memories, and years of having each otherās backs through the good times and the difficult ones. That friendship existed long before The Breeze Boys, and itāll continue long after our business partnership.
Starting this company together was one of the greatest learning experiences either of us could have asked for.
We didnāt have everything figured out. We learned as we went, made mistakes, celebrated victories, faced challenges, and gained an incredible amount of knowledge about the business world.
From managing projects and finances to working with customers, making difficult decisions, and learning what it truly takes to operate a business, this experience taught us lessons that neither of us will ever forget.
And somewhere along the way, we learned something equally important about ourselves.
Weāre both incredibly ambitious individuals.
We both have our own ideas, goals, visions, and ways of doing things. We both want to build something successful that we can call our own.
And sometimes, when two people are equally driven and independent, a partnership can unintentionally limit the very ambitions that brought them together in the first place.
We came to realize that neither of us wanted the other to feel held back, obligated to match the otherās pace, or responsible for decisions and workloads that didnāt necessarily align with our individual goals.
It wasnāt about who did more, who did less, who was right, or who was wrong.
Thereās no better or worse person in this situation. Just two ambitious guys who want the freedom to build and operate their own organizations.
We both deserve the opportunity to make our own decisions, take ownership of our own responsibilities, and pursue success on our own terms.
And we both genuinely believe that separating professionally is the best decision for our individual growth and, just as importantly, our friendship.
Because at the end of the day, being brothers doesnāt mean we have to be business partners forever.
So, moving forward, The Breeze Boys is now solely owned and operated by me, Aiden Stewart! š“šØ
For those of you whoāve been following our recent projects, this transition has actually been underway for a little while now. Iāve personally been managing and overseeing our latest jobs, and many of the projects youāve seen us share recently have been completed under my direction.
So although this announcement may be new, things have already been moving right along behind the scenes!
And of course, I couldnāt make this announcement without giving Rob a proper shoutout!
Rob has started his own company, Krims Construction, and thereās something really special about the name.
KRIMS stands for Knox, Robert, Ivy, Madison, and Schroder. ā¤ļø
His familyās names are literally built into the foundation of his business, and I think thatās an awesome representation of what heās working toward.
I couldnāt be happier for him, and I genuinely hope youāll all show his new business the same love and support youāve shown The Breeze Boys.
Rob, Iām proud of what we built together, brother. Weāve come a long way from where we started, and neither of us would have the experience or knowledge we have today without this journey.
Weāve shared some incredible accomplishments, a whole lot of laughs, and probably enough ridiculous stories to write a book. š
Iām grateful for all of it, and Iām excited to watch you succeed in your own way.
As for The Breeze Boys, Iām looking forward to everything this next chapter has in store. The name, the values, and my commitment to providing quality craftsmanship and taking care of our customers arenāt going anywhere.
To everyone whoās trusted us with your homes, recommended us to friends and family, shared our posts, or simply cheered us on along the way, thank you.
Your support helped turn an idea between two friends into a real business, and thatās something neither of us will ever take for granted.
Those pictures arenāt just reminders of where we started or what we accomplished. Theyāre reminders of what can happen when two friends take a chance, work hard, and believe in something together.
And while our professional paths are heading in different directions, weāll always have that story to look back on.
Two brothers. Two businesses. Different paths. The same friendship. š¤
Hereās to everything weāve accomplished together and everything weāre going to accomplish individually!
Much love to everyone whoās been part of the journey. The best is still ahead of us both! š“
