Our latest project (the Glenmar house) was delivered to its new owners two weeks ago. We're very glad to get this one to the finish line since it was started when we were still experiencing the effects of the post-COVID labor and lumber markets.

941 Golden Eagle update: Painting is complete, concrete and landscaping coming soon. We love how well these colors work together. We're about 2 weeks away from delivering this home to its new owner!

Another great reason to live in Roseburg, Oregon. Cooper Ridge Winery is within 15 minutes of 6 new custom homes we are building.

Glenmar Update: Home stretch! Sidewalks poured, granite installed, bathroom tile almost done. So many tasks to complete in the last week or two.
