Some of our Oregon friends had a rough start to 2024! This information from Pacific Power is always helpful this time of year. If you believe or have been told your service was damaged during a weather event, contact your local utility, then give US a call!

Sometimes during a storm, the service mast/meter base/house wiring can be pulled away from a house. If that happens, those items will need to be repaired before we can safely switch the power on.

Please contact a licensed electrician to make the necessary repairs before we can reconnect your service. Our crews can only work on company-owned equipment. Learn more pacificpower.net/prepare
