A little change of pace recently as I machined some 316 stainless steel parts for a local client. The elbow shaped component was waterjet from 2.5” thick plate with additional drilling and milling to finish it up. The removable shaft started as 2”OD and was turned down to specified dimensions.

In progress are 20 specialty air manifolds. Pipe was cut to length, 1-1/2” pipe thread one end, 21 holes drilled and de-burred, end cap welded on, then final welding on of all twenty-one 1/4” pipe fittings. Ta-da!! Finished manifold!

Recently completed stainless steel frames for the National Park Service for them to mount water sampling sensors and probes. The NPS diligently monitors coastal estuaries here in New England. Been proud to have made many of these specialty frames for them over the years.
