We are hiring right now looking for a sales manager, production manager, estimator, and sales staff.
The estimator and sales manager must have extensive experience in Roofing History and an insurance claims. Both positions are salary based with commissions as well quarterly and yearly bonuses and paid vacation. Both positions are a minimum of 40 hours a week Monday through Friday sometimes on a Saturday you’ll be part of it fun work environment and a growing business and plenty of room for advancement..

 or outside sales position is commission position. We help you close your first few claims so you get money right away and draws are available in between those times outside sales positions can easily make over 100 K a year. We will train you the right way as the owner of this company used to be a property claims adjuster, and he has put together an excellent training program to teach you how to identify the correct damages, when and where not to file a claim and work with ethics and honesty.
