Progress is being made on the future Trails End Estates development. Lot clearing has been completed on the initial acre of build sites and designated green belt area, and construction of a high-end steel and cedar perimeter fence is advancing smoothly. As anticipated, rock formations have been encountered, but fortunately, excavation is proceeding with minimal complications. We expect to pour the first foundation in the coming week. Stay tuned for further updates.

LOOKING for SUBS: we have a new project in Kuna with 14 homes (3500 sq ft) being built over the next 2-3 years. Current start date for lot prep and the first build is September 3.

We are still looking for bids from the following trades:
Excavation
Concrete (foundation and heavy civil)
Framing
Mechanical
Electrical
Plumbing
Insulation
Drywall

a ONE month Remodel for this quick flip property included:

- an exterior refresh: removing dilapidated island, painting garage doors, painting exterior doors, pressure washing exterior, all new light fixtures, and cleaning up all landscaping
- all new LVP flooring and updated 6" base throughout
- new solid surface waterfall counter-tops and basalt tile backsplash

That’s a WRAP!

is ready to open. Our amazing crew worked their tails off to install all this high end millwork in just over 3 months along with Anderson windows and detailed cedar and cement fiber siding. Photo’s don’t do this job justice. I highly encourage everyone to go check out the multiple amenities and bars that this hotel offers. Every area was meticulously designed with the coolest materials and detailed carpentry aesthetics to give the patrons a genuinely unique environment to experience Boise. We are so grateful and excited to have been a part of this project. Paddock Construction has done over 1500 jobs throughout the treasure valley and we hands down agree that this was the coolest. Thank you Okland Construction and Hendricks Properties for trusting our team with your flagship project.
