Ida-Ore Zeolite is a mineral mining company with administrative offices based in Nampa, Idaho. We are seeking a full-time office assistant for our plant in Jerome, Idaho.

This position will require that special personality that can handle working in an office that is connected to a production facility, that deals with trucking processes and a somewhat messier environment, due to the mineral that we work with. This is not your typical office environment.

Job entails processing paperwork, communicating with administrative office, answering phones, keeping office and break room clean, assisting with Zoom meetings, monitoring email and assisting the Plant Manager with various tasks.

While we do work in a bit messier of an environment than the typical office, the Office Assistant is still required to be dressed appropriately and have a professional demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic computer skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to attend meetings through Zoom
Desire to contribute to team success

In this position you will be responsible for fulfilling various production duties, operating several different stations, and meeting company requirements to reach performance goals. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 LBS every day, able to stand for long periods of time and reach, climb, bend, without restrictions.

WATER RETENTION
