We began when Kris Cello and Bill Maudru teamed up to renovate Napa's Hess Collection Winery in 1987. With visionary architects and inspired owners, we exactly handcraft beautiful places that protect and uplift their environment. We're often in Napa and Sonoma, but you can find us wherever your dreams come to rest. And, decades after our first collaboration, our obsession with your comfort

We are carpenters, metalworkers and cabinet-makers. We know our way around unusual materials, intricately formed concrete and the latest sustainable building techniques. We're expert in every form of architecture, including the sleekest, most challenging contemporary styles. With the strength of experience, we heighten quality to lessen long-term costs, anticipate the unexpected, help obtain your building permits, and maintain your property throughout its lifetime. Though we're already more practiced than most, we're constantly improving so we'll be around for generations to come. That's our muscle, and your serenity. Approach
