At age 16, Tyson began his full time profession of metal fabrication and design, where he honed his metalworking and design skills, becoming a certified structural welder and modern blacksmith. At twenty, he opened his first metal studio. Through the years, he has had the opportunity to work closely with ma

ny of the Bay Area's brightest stars in the world of interior design, art and architecture. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Sunset Magazine and many other luxury lifestyle and design publications. His metalwork can be viewed in installations worldwide. Inspired by both his travels and his Napa Valley roots, Tyson has designed a collection of furniture and accessories that marry traditional craftsmanship and blacksmithing with modern metal design ideas, incorporating a mix of unconventional materials and techniques and using repurposed metals.
