I have nothing but praise for the extraordinary service I received from Alan Energy Services out of Elmhurst!!! Eric Weech carefully assessed all our needs and helped us choose the best Carrier heaters & air conditioners for our home. He paid attention to the big and the small details and he made sure he supervised the work . I was so grateful he put enough men on the job that they were able to finish in one day. The 4 technicians--Javy, Kyle, John, and Sergei--worked nonstop, totally focussed on installing the 2 new heating systems & 2 ACs. They worked seamlessly together and before they finished up they completed a thorough safety check of all the systems. They were respectful, competent and spent a lot of time patiently explaining to me how our new systems worked.
