For the curious: 10x16x 14h, custom trussed roof, 8x 10 storage loft, 6ft ramp, 6 ft wide doors, 4ft concrete piers, on 6x6x16 beams, 4 windows, Architectural shingle gambrel roof, 3/4 plywood floor, 5/8 Douglas fir rough sawn siding, you could almost live in this thing, what a beauty!

Big City Builders just completed finishing our basement. It was a 1200 sq ft upgrade that included a music area that was sound buffered, an exercise area, bedroom, office, and kids play area. We are delighted with the outcome. Danny and his guys provided creative ideas during the design of the project, respected our privacy during this 4 week project, paid close attention to detail, stayed within budget, and made extra effort to keep the living area in our home clean during this many faceted project. The quality of work is extraordinary.
