JB Architecture Group has been proud to be a strategic partner of Hesed House in Aurora since 2007. We wanted to highlight a few examples of the work that we have completed together over the past few decades:

• In 2007, we provided architectural services to turn a portion of an old rubber manufacturing plant into a Comprehensive Research Center to help individuals get back on their feet with counseling services, employment training, and housing assistance.
• In 2020, we helped with the transformation of the remainder of the Comprehensive Research Center to turn the facility into an overnight shelter, dining hall, and full-service kitchen.
• As we begin 2025, we are working with Hesed House on plans for the expansion of the Comprehensive Research Center and renovating the original Hesed House building for additional family services.

Reflecting on another great year at JB Architecture, I am proud to share a few photos from the 150+ projects that were completed or currently underway for our clients and business partners in 2024. From the new home builds, custom additions and remodels to providing architectural plans for commercial renovations, it was a busy and prosperous year for us at JB. We are eagerly looking ahead to continuing to work with new clients and our exceptional team of professionals in 2025!

We are currently working with our client to design the restoration of this historic 1927 Elks Lodge in Elgin, converting it into a performing arts theater and commercial event center. We have received preliminary plan commission approval and are awaiting approval from the City council. Stay tuned for updates!
