Building in Florida? You need to know your foundations. 🏗️🌴

In this project, we’re using a Stem Wall Foundation. Here’s how the process works:
1️⃣ We start with the footer.
2️⃣ Then, we lay 3 to 5 rows of block, depending on the elevation.
3️⃣ Every single block cell is filled solid for maximum strength.
4️⃣ Dirt is brought in and compacted.
5️⃣ Now, we’re ready for underground plumbing before the final slab is poured. 💧🧱
