Meet Demetrios Lykos, Superintendent
Demetrios began working part-time at The Lykos Group as an Assistant Superintendent while still in high school. Today, he serves as a full-time Superintendent, overseeing production on job sites.
From coordinating trades and managing schedules to checking quality and maintaining safe job sites, Demetrios helps keep each build on track. His work brings the plans into practice, with attention to the details that matter at every stage of construction.
Equally important to his role is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Through clear communication, attentive listening, and consistent follow-through, Demetrios helps foster the trust that connects the construction process to the people who will call each house home.
Working alongside his father, Principal Thomas Lykos, Demetrios continues to build on the experience and standards that guide the family business.
Outside of work, Demetrios recently celebrated his wedding, marking an exciting new chapter in his life. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.
