We’re incredibly grateful to ABC Supply, formerly L&W Supply, for the massive blessing they provided to the Ford Drywall & Stucco OJT/Apprenticeship Program through a generous donation of tools for our apprentices.

Putting the right tools in the hands of people learning the trades and building their careers makes a real difference. This kind of support goes far beyond the tools themselves, it’s an investment in our apprentices, our industry, and the next generation of skilled tradespeople. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

🏗️ Lunch & Learn with Nichiha & ABC Supply!

The Ford Drywall & Stucco team recently had the opportunity to participate in a Lunch & Learn with Nichiha and ABC Supply.

📚 It was a great opportunity to learn more about Nichiha’s architectural wall panel systems, installation methods, and best practices while continuing to expand our team’s knowledge of the products and systems we work with in the field.

👏 A big thank you to the Nichiha and ABC Supply teams for taking the time to share their knowledge and expertise with us!

🎉 Welcome to the Team, Lillianmay Lancour! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Lillianmay Lancour to the Ford Drywall & Stucco team as our newest Assistant Estimator!

Lillianmay is joining our estimating team, where she’ll be supporting the preconstruction process and helping our team continue to deliver accurate, detailed estimates for our projects.

🏗️ Building Smarter at Moorings Park Grande Lake!

We’re honored to have Ford Drywall & Stucco featured by the Naples Daily News for our work at Moorings Park Communities at Grande Lake in Naples.

Projects like this are a great example of what can happen when strong trade partners, great field teams, and technology come together. We’re proud to work alongside Suffolk Construction and the many talented teams helping bring this project to life.

At Ford Drywall & Stucco, technology isn’t something we save for a special occasion. 🤖 We utilize our Robotics FieldPrinter for robotic layout and LiDAR scanning technology on the majority of our projects, helping our teams improve accuracy, coordination, quality control, and efficiency in the field.

Construction continues to evolve, and we’re committed to evolving with it while continuing to deliver the craftsmanship our customers expect.

A big thank you to the Naples Daily News for highlighting the project and the technology helping move our industry forward!

One of the new luxury residences at Moorings Park Grande Lake in Naples is being built with the help of Dusty Robotics used to automate layouts.

🏗️ PROJECT PROGRESS | Lee Health Cape Coral Outpatient Center

Great progress continues at the Lee Health Cape Coral Outpatient Center, with our crews moving rapidly through both interior and exterior framing.

With framing advancing across the project, the building is taking shape quickly as our Ford Drywall & Stucco team continues pushing production forward while maintaining the quality and coordination a healthcare project demands.

With DeAngelis Diamond at the helm, the project continues to move forward through strong coordination and collaboration among all of the trades and project partners. 👏

We are proud to play a major role in bringing another important healthcare facility to the Cape Coral community and to be part of the team making it happen.

Friday, the Ford Drywall & Stucco and Barrier Solutions teams came together for our Employee Appreciation Party, and it was a great opportunity to recognize the people who make what we do possible every day.

Our success isn’t just measured by the projects we complete, it’s built by the hardworking men and women in the field and office who show up every day, take pride in their work, and support one another as a team. 💪🏗️

We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment our employees bring to Ford Drywall & Stucco and Barrier Solutions.

Friday was about good food, great company, a little fun, and most importantly, saying THANK YOU to an awesome team! 🙌

🎓 Building Better Leaders. Strengthening Our Team.

Over the past few weeks, John Ford has been working directly with our Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations teams from Ford Drywall & Stucco and Barrier Solutions, teaching the methods, processes, and expectations that have helped shape our team.

This training wasn’t just about learning procedures. It was about creating consistency from the office to the field, strengthening communication between our teams, and making sure our leaders understand not only how we do things, but why we do them that way.

Investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make. When our Superintendents, PMs, and Operations teams are aligned, our projects run better, our customers are better served, and our entire organization gets stronger.

One team. One standard. Always improving. 💪🏗️
