Refined Energy, LLC (‘Refined Energy”) invests in and develops oil and gas projects in order to realize profitable income streams. We are currently focused on drilling shallow oil and gas wells in-and-around southern New York in an area historically rich in oil and gas production. Overview of Our Strengths
While the oil and gas industry has inherent risks, Refined Energy has intentionally develop
ed our strategic partnerships, contracts, and business framework to mitigate those risks and maximize potential profitability for our investors. A few key attributes of our company include:
• Access to over 1000 leased acres in southern New York which have proven oil reserves and sit next to oil-producing land a major oil company is operating on.
• A ‘proof of concept’ well that continues to profitably producing over $10,000 per month in oil and gas even after the initial “purge” of the first year.
• Interest in three additional wells that will begin producing within the month.
• An agreement with an experienced driller, whose president has been in the drilling industry for almost a half century; with an emphasis in oil and gas, and is widely respected as one of the best in the business.
• We have incentivized our driller to ensure the long-term quality and vitality of our wells by way of sharing the cost of drilling and operating the wells.
• We have negotiated and contracted a “turn-key” price for the drilling of the wells insuring unexpected expenses do not arise in the drilling process.
• The wells that Refined Energy invests in are projected to produce a higher quality and grade paraffin oil. Paraffin oil is often utilized in applications other than traditional energy production (i.e. and warrants a higher overall price.
• The leased acreage we will be operating on is close in proximity to the current refinery, allowing for lower transportation costs and higher rates for oil.
