Team 1744 is both proud and sad to announce the retirement of our Coach, Robert Paxton. Mr. Paxton has served as a coach, friend, role model, teacher, and most importantly an important member in our robotics family.

Mr. Paxton has gone above and beyond as a coach, and has deeply impacted each of our lives. We will never forget the incredible memories and lessons we gained from Mr. Paxton, there are no words to describe how proud and grateful we are for him.

His dedication, humor, his hard work and generosity. Mr. Paxton is always there to listen, give a hug, or dive into a new project inside or outside the shop. He believes in each of his students fully, and our lives wouldn’t have been the same without him.

So thank you for everything Mr. Paxton. For your time the last 9 years, and for spending with us for the past 4.
