The 2027 Florida Building Code changes are coming, and now is the time to start planning ahead. 🏗️

If you have a project planned for late 2026 or 2027, your permitting timeline could make a difference. Once the new code takes effect, projects may need to meet updated requirements, which could mean revisions to plans and additional coordination.
