HELP WANTED – Excavating Laborer/Operator

We are a small, family-owned excavating business looking to add a dependable team member!
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and want to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: Excavation Laborer/ Equipment Operator

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)

Location: Napoleon

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with residential and light commercial excavation projects
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks (experience preferred but not required)
• Perform site prep, grading, trenching, and backfilling
• General labor tasks including shoveling, jobsite cleanup, and material handling
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a small, supportive crew

What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred, but not required)
• Experience in excavation or construction is a bonus, but we’re willing to train the right person
