🚿 Sewer Line Jetting, Clearing Stubborn Tree Roots and Grease Buildup

We proudly serve customers throughout Northwest Ohio and are looking to add motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Operate hand and power tools, heavy equipment, surveying and measuring equipment, and other construction machinery.
✔ Prepare job sites, dig trenches, install water and sewer lines, assist with septic system and leach field installations.
✔ Load and unload materials and equipment.
✔ Help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Valid Ohio Driver’s License no restrictions with the ability to transport equipment to job sites.
✅ CDL is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain a Class B CDL in the future.
✅ Ability to perform physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
✅ Dependable, hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
✅ Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

HELP WANTED – We are still looking for Excavating Laborers/Operators!!!

Come join our growing, family-owned excavating business.

Position: Excavation Laborer/ Equipment Operator

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)

Location: Napoleon

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with residential and light commercial excavation projects
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks (experience preferred but not required)
• Perform site prep, grading, trenching, and backfilling
• General labor tasks including shoveling, jobsite cleanup, and material handling
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a small, supportive crew

What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred, but not required)
• Experience in excavation or construction is a bonus, but we’re willing to train the right person
