This photo means so much to me. My
Dad and grandpa Zebell. Opening their first location in downtown Goshen right on main st.

I keep this photo in my “appointment” bag to remind me of all they taught me.

“Always take care of the customer and the rest will take care of itself. “

I am truly blessed to have had such strong leadership in my life and I will never take it for granted.

So thank you to all of our customers, builders and friends and everyone else out there. It means the world that people put their trust in us.

While pops and grandpa are no longer here with us I find myself constantly going back to old convos and advice and prayers. It’s really incredible and I’m so thankful.

I’ve got a bunch of old photos to post and I can’t wait to share them with everyone.

But thank you all for all the trust you put in our company. It means the world.

Vanessa Siciliano dreamed of a home where her five children could have room to grow (including her youngest daughter, who will need a wheelchair after surgery this year). The small single-wide trailer, with increasing rent and poor conditions, does not allow anyone to spread their wings. Right now, their new 6-bedroom home is being shingled and is ready for the mechanicals to be installed. How exciting!
