New Machine Alert!

New Mazak HQR-250MSY with 3 inch bar feeder, dual turret, dual spindle, y-axis, with 6000RPM mill-turn capability machining center with robotic part unloader being delivered to our Raleigh, NC Rugged and Defense facility.

This will allow us to complete automated, bar fed “DONE-IN-ONE” production while holding .0005” tolerances to support stringent defense electronics requirements. This increases our autonomous machining capability to 3” diameter and our standard lathe machining to 13.5” diameter and 34 inch length.

This machine is the new big brother to our Mazak HQR-100MSY added earlier this year.
