WE’RE HIRING | EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL CARPENTERS (Southern NH & Middlesex County MA)
LeBlanc Building Restoration is growing, and we’re looking to add experienced residential carpenters to our team.
We specialize in residential remodeling, restoration, additions, kitchens and bathrooms, framing, decks, siding, trim, and general carpentry throughout Southern New Hampshire and Middlesex County Massachusetts.
We’re looking for carpenters with 3–5+ years of professional residential construction experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Beyond strong carpentry skills, we’re looking for people who understand the bigger picture of a residential project. The right candidates have good judgment, think ahead, anticipate project and material needs, solve problems in the field, and understand how to keep work progressing efficiently from one phase to the next.
Responsibilities may include:
Residential rough and finish carpentry
Independently completing assigned scopes of work
Reading and understanding plans and blueprints
Planning and sequencing work efficiently
Anticipating and coordinating material and resource needs
Assisting with daily and short-term project scheduling
Identifying and resolving issues in the field
Coordinating with and supporting subcontractors on site
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
Communicating proactively about project needs and progress
Because our projects vary in size and scope, we’re particularly interested in well-rounded carpenters who understand how the different phases and trades of a residential project come together.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of professional residential carpentry/construction experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to read and work from plans and blueprints
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Dependable, punctual, and consistent
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding construction work
Lead carpenter or working foreman experience is a plus. We’re also interested in experienced carpenters who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a lead role.
