Rentalfix saves the day again. This tenant reported a moldy dishwasher and a smelly garbage disposal. So we came out and installed brand new ones for them.

RentalFix got a call about a water heater leak. Damaged drywall and flooring. We removed the old water heater, removed all the wet and damaged drywall, installed all new and even put in a new water heater. Now this home is clean, safe, and ready for nice hot showers!

A gentleman called us about a busted water heater, we rushed right over and got him a brand new one, hauled away the old one and disposed of it for him. We were even able to re-vent it for him as the original venting was not done properly.

We are so happy with the repairs, as was the homeowner. RentalFix saved the day again!!

Tornados are not fun. Very scary, very devastating, and can cause horrific damage to your home. Luckily, this home got by with minor damages but nothing that Schedule Install can't fix.

Blew out windows and damaged some outside lights. We boarded up the window for them while we special ordered her custom windows. New windows, new sconces, and now her home is safe again. We are so grateful we could help!

Drywall damage is not good. It can get soft to the touch, which usually indicates an interior issue, like mold.

We cut out the soft areas and found a leak in a waterline inside the wall cavity. Our in-house plumber repaired that, we put up new drywall, painted and it's like it never happened. So glad we could help this lady out and give her a healthy home back
