Looking To Hire!!!

•$15-$20 an hour paid weekly and based on experience

•Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday, we start at 7am and finish when we finish, so getting hours will not be a issue

•You will learn and have plenty of opportunities to grow while working at H&H

Requirements:

•Reliable transportation, we work all throughout Middle Tennessee

•A good work ethic and being on time

•Not afraid of heights or weather conditions

•Must be able to at least pick up 80lbs

•A willingness to learn and a little common sense


Starting out:

•Here at H&H we’re looking for people in all skill ranges, from people with none to experienced carpenters. Rather it’s someone right out high school or someone looking to find a new trade, H&H might be the place for you. We don’t do background checks or drug test because we actually want you to apply. We’ll figure that out when the time comes.

•Starting pay is always everyone first question. Well it’s simple. If you come and know nothing you will start at $15 a hour. If you continue to learn and show that you are learning then you can expect a raise relatively quick. If you come with experience and tools that’s an automatic $20 a hour and there is still plenty of room to improve at that point. Everyone’s next question is when? When do we get paid? Well it’s weekly, every Monday is payday. Yes I know your old boss paid you on Fridays but that’s not how we do it here. Any other questions please feel free to ask. Thanks!
