Every long project has days when you need a little extra reason to keep going. 💪

Maybe it’s the people waiting for you at home. The crew beside you. Seeing months of work finally take shape. Or simply the satisfaction of finishing what you started.

Construction gives us plenty of reasons to keep showing up.

What keeps you motivated on the long days? 👇

A career in construction can take you more places than you might expect. 🏗️

For Careers in Construction Month, we’re sharing a few words from four Crain Construction teammates whose careers have taken very different paths. From the field to preconstruction, project management, and finance, each path adds something different to our work.

Every project has numbers. The interesting part is what those numbers become.

Places to work. Places to gather. Places to live, shop, and do business.

We’re excited to share the latest progress at Greenway Kia Rivergate! Several major phases are complete, while interior finishes and equipment installation are now underway.

Highlights include completed site stormwater work, structural steel, TPO roofing, concrete aprons, doors, and exposed-ceiling painting. Plumbing, HVAC ductwork, and electrical rough-ins are nearly complete and ready for inspections, while site grading and CMU painting continue.

The project is really coming together, and we’re looking forward to seeing the next phase take shape!

A place to work became a place to gather.

At CityPark Brentwood, 40,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space helped turn an office park into a walkable destination, all while nearby residents continued their daily routines.
