We got this client fixed up with a 40×30 barn pad and a 115-foot retaining wall with integrated steps. This project required extensive rock breaking to achieve a level pad, along with careful grading of the driveway entrance and slope to ensure proper water drainage away from the structure. Everything was built with long-term stability, access, and drainage in mind.

We got this client set up with several key upgrades—expanding the driveway for improved access, building a rear porch with a retaining wall and integrated French drain for proper water management, and constructing a pool house pad complete with water hookups for the toilet and shower, plus sewer connections for the toilet and sink. Everything was built with long-term durability, drainage, and functionality in mind, delivering a clean finish and a solid foundation for future use.
