🦺 Traffic management isn’t always about construction. Sometimes… it’s about protecting a 2,000+ lb celebrity seal. 🦭😂

Apparently, when Neil the Seal 🦭 came ashore in Tasmania, officials had to implement daily traffic diversions, crowd control and safety measures to keep Neil AND the public safe.

We haven’t gotten the call to manage traffic for a celebrity elephant seal yet…

But we’re ready. 😂🦺🦭

Our heat protocol includes:
💧 Hydration check-ins
🌳 Shade rotations
👷 Buddy system
🛑 Work stops when conditions become unsafe.

With extreme heat in effect, protecting our crews isn't just a policy, it's our culture.

Because every shift should end with everyone going home safely.

Lately we’ve had a string of new clients that we’ve on boarded and they’ve expressed they have reached out to multiple companies and we’re the only ones to answer or get back to them so I wanna highlight how we always answer for them

🛑 Safety is our top priority at Middle Tennessee Traffic Management. During heavy rain, slow down, stay alert, and leave extra space around work zones. Wet roads and reduced visibility put everyone at greater risk—including the crews working to keep our roads safe. Drive carefully and help keep everyone safe.
