Don’t think service tune ups are just a way for us to make money. This dirt and trash came off of the coil above it. Just wanted to show the importance of proper maintenance care for prolonged life of your equipment. The bottom will be cleaned up too before placing the equipment back in service. Service your unit at least annually but preferably bi-annually.

If you have any gas appliances in your home ie: gas logs, dryer, stove, gas furnace or gas wall heater. Get a couple of carbon monoxide detectors. No matter the age of the equipment.
